Head Matchmaker – Elite Matchmaker UK (London-based)

Location: London, United Kingdom (hybrid – online and in-person in/around London)

Elite Matchmaker is a European matchmaking agency for mid- to high-end singles who value a personal, discreet and premium approach. We work with well-educated, ambitious and relationship-minded professionals across Europe and the UK.

To launch and grow our new London-based agency, we are seeking a Head Matchmaker who will actively lead and perform the entire matchmaking process while representing our brand with professionalism and warmth.

What will you do?

  • Conduct in-depth intake consultations with clients

  • Create high-quality personal profile reports

  • Perform full-cycle matchmaking:

    • Analyse client preferences

    • Search, screen and select potential matches

    • Prepare and present personalised match proposals

    • Follow up after dates and refine the strategy

  • Build and maintain a network of suitable singles in the UK

  • Represent Elite Matchmaker at selected events and social settings

  • Convert leads into paying members and guide new clients

  • Work directly with the founder on UK market development

Who are you?

  • Native or near-native level English (spoken and written)

  • Professional, polished and well-groomed appearance

  • Warm, empathetic, intuitive and an excellent communicator

  • Comfortable interacting with mid- and high-level professionals

  • Experience in matchmaking, recruitment, coaching, psychology or luxury hospitality is a strong plus

  • Strong sense of discretion, integrity and client service

  • Confident in making compatibility assessments

  • Flexible, proactive and skilled in digital communication
